A two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a balcony and air conditioning.

It features one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, a separate living room with a three-seater sofa, and a bathroom with a shower.

All bedding and towels are provided when the apartment is handed over to the guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop. The apartment is furnished with a dining table and chairs.

The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, an LCD TV, and has Wi-Fi coverage. If needed, the three-seater sofa can also be used as an extra bed.

The apartment is intended for two adults or a family with up to two children.
